I booked a king studio for the equipment. The staff were competent and kept the place reasonably clean. It was in a perfect location a short walk to a gondola station. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

Was a characterful base for trip. The location was excellent and the staff were top-class. The hotel itself was in a ski area, just off all the attractions in the Bansko tourist area, the restaurant and the Bansko center.

the hotel was perfect and impeccably clean with great views of the mountains. the location was quiet close to the centre. there was café forest cup, that i found within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.

The room comes equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, and sofa bed, and it's in a fantastic location right next to the gondola, ski shops.

This was my 2nd stay at Apart Hotel Comfort in Bansko. the location is convenient and perfect, close to a gondola station. the staff were really very helpful, considering it's a 3-star venue. the meals in the hotel were good.

Spent an amazing Easter weekend in a hotel in Bulgaria. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. One of the best aspects of our stay was the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant. The traditional Bulgarian dishes were a must-try and were affordably priced. Another great feature was the sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking in the mountains. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short walk from the gondola and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants.

While our stay was generally great, there were some minor areas for improvement. The shower in our room left something to be desired, as the water pressure was lacking.

The limited parking spaces and the difficulty maneuvering in the underground parking garage. the breakfast was not very diverse and could benefit from some variety.

We had a great stay. The hotel facilities were impressive - sauna and gym were free, ski room had video surveillance and underground parking was available. The hotel location was perfect - very close to the ski lift, center and restaurants. The staff was friendly; we received a discount on ski rental and a surprise on my husband's birthday.
